Neuro-Spine Center at St. Francis

The Roper St. Francis Neuro-Spine Center, located on the 5th floor of Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, provides surgical and non-surgical care for problems involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves. The brand new facility offers a dedicated inpatient unit with 18 private rooms, state-of the-art nursing unit and nationally certified nurses and staff.

Our board certified neurosurgeons provide surgical techniques in spinal care including both standard and minimally invasive spinal procedures as well as expert care for a number of problems affecting the nerves after they exit from the spine.

The neurosurgeons at the Neuro-Spine Center also provide compassionate surgical services for patients diagnosed with primary and metastatic brain tumors and are trained in CyberKnife Radiosurgery, a painless, noninvasive radiation treatment alternative to conventional surgery.

In 2008, our patients rated us in the 100th percentile in “Overall Quality of both Physician and Nursing care.”
